You know yourself best - you can make your own decisions and access your inner resources to find the answers you need to move forward.

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation for all the work we will do. I'm not here to judge you, only to support you to make the changes you are looking for in your life. I won't give you advice, but I may gently challenge you or provide another perspective to allow you to explore more deeply. Personal growth often involves stepping outside of your comfort zone.

What you do between sessions matters... again, as stepping outside of your comfort zone is crucial for progress.

Sessions & Fees

Sessions run for 60-minutes - $100. Appointments available within 7 days.

If you are experiencing financial hardship please get in touch as I may have space to offer discounted rates.

In-person sessions are at Aberglasslyn, NSW (Hunter Valley).

​

Online sessions are available if you aren't in the area or prefer the comfort of your own home. I also offer limited online sessions in the evening and some weekends.
